OPI Ali's Big Break, with guest appearance by Domo!

I'm not much of a red nail polish fan; for me it's a once in awhile thing. So I can't say I'm particularly loving this polish, but I do have to admit that it's at least a good variation on a standard red polish. This is a somewhat jelly-ish bright cherry red with flakey bits in it. Very bright and sparkly. This was two coats, and because I got this as part of a miniature OPI set, instead of holding the teensy polish bottle, you get a stand-in: Domo!

I love Domo; he's so expressive... look, he's made a new friend!

Uh-oh, turns out he was just hungry. Run away, tiny OPI, run away!

Om nom nom!

Just kidding! Domo loves polish.

"One of these things is not like the others..."

I hope you enjoyed meeting Domo! Tomorrow I'll be back with what I believe is a fantastic Valentine's Day lacquer to share with you.

  1. Hahaha, this was so funny - I'm glad Domo likes polishes, the little OPI looked really scared.

    3. I'm glad we met, and thank you also for adding me to your list :)
And if you would like to, you can under my awards page take the Word verification free award, IF you kill the word verification for comments on your blog :)
And the Some girls are just born with glitter in their veins are yours to take too - the others I would like to give, but they are too late. But the next time I get one, I'll think of you :)

    4. Thank you for offering; I don't know much about blogging awards, as I am new to this. Is the first award you mention because of the word verification requirement? To be honest, I had not considered it. I guess in some cases it might prevent spam, but in others it is just an annoyance. Is there any other particular downside/upside to word verification that I am overlooking? I will look into disabling it in the settings for my blog.

Thank you, once again, for your comments! I'm glad we "met", too. :)

  3. Yoy are always welcome to contact me on my email (see it on my blog) if you have blog questions, I might be able to help - there is SO much to learn as a new blogger LOL
Yes, it is the first award, you can take. Normally tehre are some rules that follow every award, on my awards page, I have linked to the post I made when I got them, that gives you an idea :)
I haven't had spam since I started in October, and if you get it, you can always consider to moderate all comments.
The downside of having word verification is that it is annoying for those, who want to comment. Personally i like to comment on most blogs I have on my bloglist, so if you have to do that WV thing several times each day it irritates me, at least :)
