Color Club Magnetic Force

I have a magnetic polish to share with you today! This time I'll be showing you Magnetic Force, a deep blackened eggplant-burgundy shade, from the Color Club magnetic collection. This is what two coats of Magnetic Force looks like:

The magnetic pattern that is created is a wavy design (as seen on the cap), which is neat, but I do find myself wishing for more new shapes! Hopefully magnetic polish designs will become more diverse in the near future.

The magnetic design, and actually the whole bottle, is very similar to the Nails Inc. magnetic lacquers. In fact, I'd say it's an exact match to the Nails Inc. bottle (although the colour of lacquer is different, of course).

I'm still crazy about magnetic polishes and the cool effect that results with the application of the magnet. In this case I found it very convenient to use- as you can see, the cap has a magnet in it, which you can remove from the brush for ease of use, and it comes with a raised cuticle guide to help with placement.

What do you think of Color Club Magnetic Force? Are you planning on trying more magnetic lacquers?

  1. This looks great! I haven't tried any of the CC magnetics yet, but love the other brands I have played with.

    1. I definitely recommend checking the CC ones out- they're designed very well! Easy to use, and they have some really cool colours. I'll be posting another one from this collection tomorrow, so stay tuned!

  3. Oh wow this worked really well! Have you tried the CG magnet? The trauma I experienced with that mess kind of turned me off from magnetic nail polish for a while

    1. I have tried the CG magnet! And to be honest, if it had been my first experience with magnetic polish, I don't think I would have tried another! The CG magnet is terrible. Extremely hard to to use and get a clear design. This is much, much better!

    2. Yea, that wasn't my first so I wasn't scarred for life...but I was very concerned, because Pull Me Close is such a great color and the magnet SUCKED! I really wanted the starburst design too :/

    3. I feel the same way- I was really looking forward to the starburst pattern (I've been lusting over those European release L'oreal Star magnets from a couple years back, and they had an AWESOME star pattern...). I hope another company will put out the starburst pattern and do it right!
